Front Desk Receptionist - Gonzales Location

We are currently hiring a full-time Front Desk Receptionist for our Gonzales location.

Pay: $15–$17 per hour

Because Traction Sports is located in the same building, this position will include front desk responsibilities for both Bourgeois Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab and Traction Sports.

We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, works mostly independently, takes initiative, and stays productive during both busy and slower periods.

This is a full-time position with the following schedule:

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Duties Include

  • Greeting and checking in patients

  • Processing patient financial responsibilities

  • Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes

  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments

  • Completing authorization and benefit verification

  • Multitasking and prioritizing daily responsibilities

  • Maintaining attention to detail

  • Communicating clearly with patients, families, and team members
